He had to replace 10 faucets that busted, rip out damaged carpet and replace with new as well as refinish hardwood floors, etc. throughout this entire process Andrew was very communicative, his crew showed up on time and worked diligently until repairs were completed. He also volunteered to speak with the insurance company about repair work, labor and material costs as the insurance company was trying to reduce their overall payments to us. We had a debacle on our hands and Pinnacle bailed us out. We had a massive monstrosity of a double fireplace surrounded by truck loads of brick gobbling up 80... read more sq ft of floor space in the middle of the living space. We wanted it removed as well as an awkward and unsightly low hanging support beam running through the kitchen that needed replaced and moved up into the attic. The first contractor turned out to be a coward, abandoning us without a word, mid demolition after stringing us along for months. Having lived in this disaster of a house with no kitchen, living or dining room and a gigantic pit in the floor and roof throughout this fiasco we were beyond desperate & fortunate to stumble our way into contact with Andrew at Pinnacle. He was super clear, humble and professional from the first conversation. Undaunted by the mess and complexity of the job he was transparent about the lead time and what it would take even though he knew it wasn't what our desperation wanted to hear. He was knowledgeable - experienced with complex structural situations and thorough in his communication. He always followed through on what he said he would do every step of the way. The workers were awesome, friendly and respectful of the space. The quality of the work was over the top structurally sound. They even put in the work to build a big dust containment perimeter before getting started. At that point every single thing we owned was covered in red dust from the last guy who didn't seem to care but... the fact that these guys did care even then meant a lot! Sometimes its those small things that makes all the difference. As lengthy and painful as this project has been, we are thankful that it was Pinnacle that did the work in the end. These guys are the real deal! P.S. if you cross paths with a smooth, fast talking spartan, just smile & nod but keep moving.
